We offer six different pizzas with full gluten free and vegan options available. All pizzas are made fresh to order, on display, by our pizza chef and thanks to our custom built roamin’ woodfired oven the pizzas cook in less than 60 seconds. SPQR Roamin’ has the capability to be 100% self sufficient, requiring only floorspace and ventilation. SPQR Pizzeria (SPQR is Latin shorthand for “the senate and people of Rome”), the foundation of SPQR Roamin’, opened in September 2017 by renowned operator David Mackintosh, one of the prescient restaurateurs to give Lee Ho Fook, IDES and Rosa’s Canteen life. The offering is unapologetically pizza. With an extensive range of traditional and original toppings all layered on Neapolitan white or red woodfired sourdough bases, which is fermented overnight, then blasted in the wood-fired furnace until the crust crisps and blisters.
